Sheldon Morris is the founder and principal of Morris Consulting Group, a boutique advisory practice serving chief executives and boards of directors. He established the firm in 2017 after a twenty-two-year career as an officer in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel.

His counsel is shaped by two decades of command experience, a discipline for governance, and a conviction that enterprise performance is inseparable from the character of leadership. He advises clients on board effectiveness, executive succession, strategic clarity, and the quiet work of building institutions that endure.

Sheldon lives and works in Oxford, Mississippi.
